Community Integration

This one-to-one service offers the chance to discover new interests, strengthen skills, connect with others, and achieve personal goals in the community and at home.

Individuals experience total integration into the community where they spend most of their day. Community Hubs follow a vocational based curriculum which focuses on supporting adults to gain greater access to work, training, education, and social and recreational opportunities.
