Stephanie Phelps, Vice President of Human Resources and Talent
Stephanie Phelps serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent at EWRW. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and has held the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2006.
She worked within the logistics industry for 10 years and brings a well-balanced mix of experience that aligns well with our nonprofit and social enterprise sectors. Stephanie most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources with one of our partners, Community Action Agency (CCA) and prior to CAA, was with the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library, an outstanding resource within our community! Stephanie strongly values service to others and all those committed to inspiring an equitable, compassionate, and caring society.
Stephanie is a lifetime resident of the region, growing up on the west side of Cincinnati before moving to Northern Kentucky almost twenty years ago. She has been married to her husband, Jamie, for 24 years and has two daughters, Taylor and Emmy. She spends her free time enjoying Taylor’s Musical Theatre and vocal performances and watching Emmy play volleyball and basketball! She also adores her 4-year-old basset hound, Flash, and loves Spring, flowers, and traveling!
