We are staffed by veterans and military family members who understand the challenges of translating military experience into civilian language. We offer detailed job coaching, including re-writing your resume to properly translate military experience into civilian roles and preparing for interviews. Additionally, we assist with education and certifications that are pertinent to the desired positions. Post-employment, we provide continued follow up and mentoring to ensure success in the new role.

Easterseals Redwood works with the veteran to administer Job Fitness Tests to determine where their strengths lie and what job would be most fitting for the individual. Based on these tests, we determine a plan for identifying the best employers and jobs that will meet their talents and interest.
